Nadere wijziging van de administratieve indeeling der provincie West-Java.
Besluit van den Gouverneur-Generaal van Nederlandsch-Indië van 27 Maart 1935 No. 19.
Gelet op het besluit van 8 Januari 1934 No. 3 (Staatsblad No. 17); Gelezen, enz :
Is goedgevonden en verstaan:
Eerstelijk : Met wijziging van de administratieve indeeling van de provincie West-Java, vastgesteld bij artikel 3 van het besluit van 8 Januari 1934 no. 3 (Staatsblad no. 17) te bepalen, dat:
1. In het regentschap Batavia wordt gewijzigd de naam van het onderdistrict:
a. Kampong Melajoe (district Tangerang) in: Teloeknaga:
b. Djati (district Tjoeroeg) in: Tjikoepa;
c. Kemiri (district Mawoek) in: Radjeg.
2. in het regentschap Buitenzorg wordt opgeheven:
a. het onderdistrict Semplak (district Buitenzorg) en het gebied daarvan verdeeld over de onderdistricten Buitenzorg, Tjiomas en Kedoenghalang van hetzelfde district op de wijze als door den Gouverneur bij gewijzigden desastaat aan te geven;
b. het onderdistrict Lemahabang (district Tjibaroesa) en het gebied daarvan gevoegd bij het onderdistrict Tjibaroesa van hetzelfde district;
c. het district Paroeng en worden van de twee daartoe behoord hebbende onderdistricten, het onderdistrict Paroeng als zoodanig ingedeeld bij het district Buitenzorg en het onderdistrict Depok als zoodanig ingedeeld bij het district Tjibinong.
3. in het regentschap Soekaboemi wordt opgeheven:
a. het onderdistrict Nagrak (district Tjibadak) en het gebied daarvan gevoegd bij het onderdistrict Tjibadak van het- zelfde district;
b. het onderdistrict Benda (district Tjitjoeroeg) en het gebied daarvan gevoegd bij het onderdistrict Tjitjoeroeg van hetzelfde district.
4. in het regentschap Tjiandjoer wordt:
a. opgeheven het onderdistrict Sabandar (district Tjiandjoer) en het gebied daarvan gevoegd bij het onderdistrict Tjirandjang (district Tjirandjang);
b. opgeheven het onderdistrict Tjilakoe (district Tjibeber) en het gebied daarvan gevoegd bij het onderdistrict Tjiandjoer (district Tjiandjoer);
e, opgeheven het district Tjibeber en worden de 2 overgebleven daartoe behoord hebbende onderdistricten als zoodanig ingedeeld bij het district Tjiandjoer;
d. gewijzigd de naam van het onderdistrict Leles (district Sindangbarang) in Sindangbarang.
5. in het regentschap Tasikmalaja wordt opgeheven:
a. het onderdistriet Parakanhondje (distriet Karangnoenggal) en het gebied daarvan gevoegd bij het onderdistrict Bantarkalong van hetzelfde district;
b. het onderdistrict Tjimerak (district Tjidjoelang) en het gebied daarvan gevoegd bij het onderdistrict Tjidjoelang van hetzelfde district:
c. het onderdistrict Tjineam (district Manondjaja) en het gebied daarvan gevoegd bij het onderdistrict Manondjaja van hetzelfde district,
6. in het regentschap Indramajoe wordt opgeheven:
het onderdistrict Balongan (district Indramajoe) en het gebied daarvan gevoegd bij het onderdistrict Kota-Indramajoe van hetzelfde district.
Ten tweede: Ten vervolge van artikel 2 van het besluit van 8 Januari 1934 no. 3 (Staatsblad no. 17) te bepalen, dat:
A. de onderdistricten:
1. Pamerajan, district van dien naam, regentschap Serang,
2. Tjilegon, district van dien naam, regentschap Serang,
3. Rangkasbitoeng, distriet van dien naam, regentschap van dien
naam
4. Pandeglang, district van dien naam, regentschap van dien naam,
5. Menes, district van dien naam, regentschap Pandeglang.
6. Laboehan, district Tjaringin, regentschap Pandeglang.
7. Tjiawi, district van dien naam, regentschap Buitenzorg,
8. Tjibinong, district van dien naam, regentschap Buitenzorg.
9. Tjibaroesa, distriet van dien naam, regentschap Buitenzorg.
10. Djasinga, district van dien naam, regentschap Buitenzorg,
11. Tjililin, district van dien naam, regentschap Bandoeng,
12. Tjiawi, district van dien naam, regentschap Tasikmalaja,
13. Koeningan, distriet van dien naam, regentschap van dien naam.
14. Loerahgoeng, district van dien naam, regentschap Koeningan,
15. Tjinwigebang, district van dien naam, regentschap Koeningan,
16. Tjilimoes, district van dien naam, regentschap Koeningan, worden bestuurd door het districtshoofd van het daarachter vermeld district.
B. het onderdistrict Tjibeber, behoord hebbende tot het bij artikel 1 sub 4 onder e van dit besluit opgeheven district van dien naam, regentschap Tjiandjoer, wordt wederom bestuurd door een onderdistrictshoofd.
Ten derde: Met intrekking van alle daarmede strijdige voorschriften te bepalen, dat de administratieve indeeling van de provincie West-Java wordt vastgesteld als is aangegeven in den bij dit besluit behoorenden staat.
Ten vierde: In verband met de artikelen 1 en 2 van dit besluit de formaties van districts. en onderdistrictshoofden in de provincie West-Java, vastgesteld bij artikel 4 van het besluit van 8 Januari 1934 no. 3 (Staatsblad no. 17) nader vast te stellen op 105 districtshoofden en 293 onderdistrictshoofden, zoomede een Inlandsch posthouder voor de Duizend-eilanden.
Ten vijfde: Bij wijze van tijdelijken maatregel te bepalen:
I. dat de volgende districten worden bestuurd door den patih van het daarachter vermeld regentschap:
Rangkasbitoeng, regentschap Lebak.
Pandeglang, regentschap van dien naam.
Koeningan, regentschap van dien naam.
II. dat de volgende onderdistricten, met afwijking in zooverre van het bepaalde in artikel 2 en 3 van dit besluit, worden bestuurd door een onderdistrictshoofd:
Rangkasbitoeng, district en regentschap Lebak.
Pandeglang, district en regentschap van dien naam.
Koeningan, district en regentschap van dien naam.
III. dat in verband met het bepaalde onder I en II, tijdelijk buiten dienst worden gesteld 3 districtshoofden en in dienst worden gesteld 3 onderdistrictshoofden.

Further amendment of the administrative division of the province of West Java.
Decree of the Governor-General of the Dutch East Indies of March 27, 1935 No. 19.
Considering the decree of January 8, 1934 No. 3 (State Gazette No. 17); Having read, etc:
It is decided and understood:
Firstly: With the amendment of the administrative division of the province of West Java, established by Article 3 of the decree of January 8, 1934, no. 3 (State Gazette no. 17) to determine that:
1. In the Regency of Batavia, the name of the subdistrict is changed:
a. Kampong Melajoe (district of Tangerang) to: Teloeknaga;
b. Djati (district of Tjoeroeg) to: Tjikoepa;
c. Kemiri (district of Mawoek) to: Radjeg.
2. In the Regency of Buitenzorg, the following are abolished:
a. the subdistrict of Semplak (district of Buitenzorg) and its area divided among the subdistricts of Buitenzorg, Tjiomas, and Kedoenghalang of the same district in the manner indicated by the Governor in the revised disaster plan;
b. the subdistrict of Lemahabang (district of Tjibaroesa) and its area incorporated into the subdistrict of Tjibaroesa of the same district;
c. the district of Paroeng and its two subdistricts, with the subdistrict of Paroeng incorporated into the district of Buitenzorg and the subdistrict of Depok incorporated into the district of Tjibinong.
3. In the Regency of Soekaboemi, the following are abolished:
a. the subdistrict of Nagrak (district of Tjibadak) and its area incorporated into the subdistrict of Tjibadak of the same district;
b. the subdistrict of Benda (district of Tjitjoeroeg) and its area incorporated into the subdistrict of Tjitjoeroeg of the same district
4. In the Regency of Tjiandjoer:

b. The subdistrict of Tjilakoe (district of Tjibeber) is abolished and its area is incorporated into the subdistrict of Tjiandjoer (district of Tjiandjoer);
c. The district of Tjibeber is abolished and its remaining two subdistricts are incorporated into the district of Tjiandjoer;
d. The name of the subdistrict of Leles (district of Sindangbarang) is changed to Sindangbarang.
5. In the Regency of Tasikmalaja, the following are abolished:
a. The subdistrict of Parakanhondje (district of Karangnoenggal) and its area is incorporated into the subdistrict of Bantarkalong of the same district;
b. The subdistrict of Tjimerak (district of Tjidjoelang) and its area is incorporated into the subdistrict of Tjidjoelang of the same district;
c. The subdistrict of Tjineam (district of Manondjaja) and its area is incorporated into the subdistrict of Manondjaja of the same district.
6. In the Regency of Indramajoe, the subdistrict of Balongan (district of Indramajoe) is abolished and its area is incorporated into the subdistrict of Kota-Indramajoe of the same district.
Secondly: Following Article 2 of the decree of January 8, 1934, no. 3 (State Gazette no. 17), it is determined that:
A. The subdistricts:
Pamerajan, district of the same name, Regency of Serang,
Tjilegon, district of the same name, Regency of Serang,
Rangkasbitoeng, district of the same name, Regency of the same name,
Pandeglang, district of the same name, Regency of the same name,
Menes, district of the same name, Regency of Pandeglang,
Laboehan, district of Tjaringin, Regency of Pandeglang,
Tjiawi, district of the same name, Regency of Buitenzorg,
Tjibinong, district of the same name, Regency of Buitenzorg.
Tjibaroesa, district of the same name, Regency of Buitenzorg.
Djasinga, district of the same name, Regency of Buitenzorg,
Tjililin, district of the same name, Regency of Bandoeng,
Tjiawi, district of the same name, Regency of Tasikmalaja,
Koeningan, district of the same name, Regency of the same name,
Loerahgoeng, district of the same name, Regency of Koeningan,
Tjiawigebang, district of the same name, Regency of Koeningan,
Tjilimoes, district of the same name, Regency of Koeningan, are governed by the district head of the district mentioned.
B. The subdistrict of Tjibeber, formerly part of the district of the same name, Regency of Tjiandjoer, abolished by Article 1, sub 4, e of this decree, will again be governed by a subdistrict head.
Thirdly: With the revocation of all conflicting regulations, it is determined that the administrative division of the province of West Java is established as indicated in the schedule attached to this decree.
Fourthly: In connection with Articles 1 and 2 of this decree, the formations of district and subdistrict heads in the province of West Java, established by Article 4 of the decree of January 8, 1934, no. 3 (State Gazette no. 17), are further determined to be 105 district heads and 293 subdistrict heads, as well as a local postmaster for the Thousand Islands.
Fifthly: As a temporary measure, it is determined:
I. That the following districts will be governed by the patih of the regency mentioned:
Rangkasbitoeng, Regency of Lebak.
Pandeglang, Regency of the same name.
Koeningan, Regency of the same name.
II. That the following subdistricts, deviating from the provisions of Articles 2 and 3 of this decree, will be governed by a subdistrict head:
Rangkasbitoeng, district and Regency of Lebak.
Pandeglang, district and Regency of the same name.
Koeningan, district and Regency of the same name.
III. That in connection with the provisions under I and II, three district heads will be temporarily suspended and three subdistrict heads will be appointed.
